Earthle Earthing Sheet (203x99cm) - Manual

Usage of the grounding sheet:

1. Remove the grounding sheet from the packaging:

2. Place the sheet over your mattress (lengthwise or widthwise):

3. Connect the end of the grounding cable to the grounding button on the grounding sheet:

4. Plug the grounding cable into a grounded outlet (also works with grounded outlets in Belgium, France, and Denmark). No grounded outlet at home? Then order our ground spider to ground yourself indoors (without a power outlet):

5. Optionally use a fitted sheet over it, but preferably make direct skin contact with the Earthle Earthing Sheet for the best effect:

6. 30 to 40 minutes of contact with the sheet per day is enough to experience the healing process of 'earthing'. A night's sleep is therefore more than sufficient. There is no such thing as too much earthing.

Tip: Add the Earthle Earthing Lakenspanners to your order to ensure the sheet stays perfectly in place and doesn't shift during sleep.

How do you wash the sheet?

The sheet is made of 95% cotton (100% organic) and 5% silver fibers. You can wash the sheet as often as you like at 104°F in the washing machine (occasionally at 140°F if there are stains), using a detergent without chlorine bleach. Tumble drying is possible (on the lowest setting), but preferably let it air dry to extend the sheet's lifespan.

How do you know if an outlet is grounded?

A grounded outlet has two metal pins in addition to the two holes, one at the top and one at the bottom of the outlet. In an ungrounded outlet, you only see the two holes where you insert the plug. Below is an image of a grounded and ungrounded outlet.
